Javořická penne combines Javořická sausage and penne. This is to jednoduché, as indeed this entire recipe.

Need: |
- 120 g javořických párků
- 120 g penne
- 1 cibuli
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 chilli papričku
- handful čerstvé bazalky
- 100 g rajčatového pyré
- 250 ml kuřecího vývaru
- 120 g green beans (throughout, frozen)
- 1 spoon olivového oleje
- 1 large meaty tomato or 300 g tomatoes
- Parmesan strouhaný

How do you:
- Sausage cut into slices and fry in hot oil medium pink. Just 5 minutes.
- Add finely chopped onion and restujeme, to onion vitrified, tak 5 minutes.
- Přidáme nasekaný česnek, chopped chilli and chopped tomato, promícháme.
- Pour in tomato sauce and chicken broth. cook and 5 minutes, to reduce fluid.
- Add the chopped basil.
- Let braise covered about 10 minutes.
- Boil the penne in salted water.
- Into the pan with the tomatoes, add whole beans, Stir and let stew even more so 10 minutes.
- Penne drain and add to the pan with the tomatoes and toss.
- Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
