Že bych se dal na polévky? Vypadá to tak, ale důvod je spíše ten, že potřebuji sytou polévku, která by mohla alespoň trochu nahradit hlavní jídlo nebo jídlo vůbec. Je to nouzová situace, ale ještě kvůli tomu to nemusí rychle a hlavně odbytě připravená polévka. Pokusím se o kombinaci pórku se žampiony. Inspiraci jsem našel na webu, kterému říkám Velký trouba (no, bez urážky, fakt si říká BigOven), kde to bylo prezentováno Wadem Watsonem jako nejlepší polévka, jakou kdy jedl a stala se vánoční rodinnou tradicí. Velký trouba se občas v receptech plete nebo dost přehání, tak pojedeme podle mého. A, že Vánoce? Thank the, klidně, já sice vařím oblíbenou rybí polévku a asi u toho zůstanu. Tuhle pórkovou zařadím kamkoli do roku. Protože je skvělá!
