400 g pork shoulder
3 lžíce rýžového octa

3 lžičky fish sauce
2 lžičky rýžového octa
3 lžičky light soy sauce
1 spoon solamyslu
75 ml vody
3 lžíce oleje

How do you:

Maso nakrájíme na nudličky. Mix Five Spice, salt and rice vinegar (3 lžíce). Set aside to cool (Not in the refrigerator).
Slice the onion and leek rings, mrkev (we had scraped) for oblique rollers.
Prepare flavored water. Mix fish sauce and soy sauce with starch. Mix in about 75 ml vody.
Flavored water is ready. Stir well before using.
Heat a dry frying pan and pour in 2 lžíce oleje (must rapeseed). Immediately mix the meat, to overcast. I guess 1 minutu. Pak dáme maso stranou.
In the same pan, add a tablespoon of oil and vegetables on it restujeme. Stir for about one minute to two.
