Chicken is evergreen, at least in my small kitchen. So we have another piece. Pieces also plays in the recipe chicken thigh fillet. And it's a meal for two, you need not discourage. You can handle easily and with portions of four.
Kure zahalené rajčátky s kapary

- 250 g chicken thigh steak
- 1 white onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 spoon olivového oleje
- 30 g butter
- 4 lžíce krájených rajčat v tomatové šťávě
- 3 lžičky flotsam
- 3 lžíce bílého vína
- 1 spoon red wine vinegar
- salt
- white pepper
- 2 špetky dried tarragon
- hladkolistou petržel

How do you:
- Steak cut into small pieces, salt, pepper and fry in oil and butter, stir-fry 5 minutes.
- Add finely chopped onion, zesklovatěla that after a while and finely chopped garlic. Restujeme so still over a minute.
- add the capers, chopped tomato sauce, wine and vinegar. Toss, add the tarragon. Bring to the boil and simmer, to reduce sauce.
- We turn down the temperature and cover. Dusíme 10 minutes.
